At Dream Mart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received them.

    • In the original packaging.

  • Some items, like personalized products or perishables, are not eligible for return.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.


Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at Support@dream-mart.xyz with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to the address we provide.


Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
